MPSJ has procured some additional cat traps. There has been complaints about stray cats, if anyone wants the cat traps, you can request thru a complaint using the MPSJ system, and the cat trap will be delivered to you. (I got one to test, put the piece of chicken on the hook, and a cat would be caught.) Call MPSJ's hotline, someone will then come pick up the cat.
All cats caught will be sent to PAWS (one of the animal NGOs, http://www.paws.org.my/) and not the MPSJ pound.

Do we have any law/rule that states the number of cats a household can keep?
I am in this situation whereby my neighbour has more than 10 cats and it is becoming a nuisance with them peeing and shitting all around my garden. And not to mention them sleeping on my new car and leaving paw scratch marks all over it.
Please advise on this sticky situation I am in.
There is no law limiting the amount of cats. However, if the cat(s) cause nuisance, MPSJ can investigate and take action. Do lodge a complaint with MPSJ
Rajiv, I would like to borrow the cat traps. How do I go about doing so?
Can I just call MPSJ and ask for it?
Just make a complaint to MPSJ about the cats, and in the complaint, request for a cat trap.
