may i know what is the result of the court order dated 24th September 2012 ? tq

Court has granted Grand Dorsett until 23rd October to file their defence

1. When do you think that the outcome of court will be made available ?

2. Assuming that an appeal shall be made (if any), how long would the duration last ?

3. As much as I would agree that the proposed development should not be made on the disputed area, what would you opinion be or advise for those that have purchased the said property where Sales and Purchase Agreements and the Housing Loan Agreement has been signed.

I am of concern as I have friends who have purchased a unit as a first time house buyer.

Referring to your reply, Grand Dorset was granted to file their defence by 20 Oct. 2012.
Any result of the court order as the date has passed.
