We have been informed that Mayland (the owner of Grand Dorsett Waterfront) has filed its defence to Court. MPSJ is in the midst of preparing its reply, and the case management will be on Dec 10, 2012.
MPSJ has frozen the demolition of the multistorey car park, which is crucial for Mayland to start construction until the court case is over.
