Please note that on main roads (i.e. roads starting with Persiaran), MPSJ have a policy on not installing spead bumps. Speed breakers (the yellow lines) can be installed, but lately, this seems to be of no effect in slowing down cars, but a great effect in annoying the houses nearby due to the load noise when cars speed thru it.

As for speed humps in residential roads, MPSJ limits to building them on roads which are
1) next to playground
2) places of worship
3) kindergarden/day care center
4) roads that are shortcuts between 2 main roads (e.g. USJ11/5)

If the residents would like to request speed bumps, please write in to MPSJ with the signatures of all the houses in the road.
