The most recent court hearing was 4th February 2013, where Mayland has applied to strike out MPSJ's amended statement of claim. (The date for this hearing to strike out is not known yet)

MPSJ has applied to amend the statement of claim, upon discovering new information with the building plan application and approval, which we believe will strengthen our case.
